Terms & Conditions

1.) Vendors are
encouraged to have automotive or antique related items for
sale on their spaces.
2.) Vendors are NOT PERMITTED to sell food or beverages
on their spaces.
3.) Vendors are NOT PERMITTED to sell or display restricted
items on their spaces - ie, any device that would launch
a projectile, knives with blades 5" in length, firearms,
crossbows, air rifles and pellet guns.
4.) Vendors are NOT PERMITTED to solicit monies for charity
or sell draw tickets from their spaces, without written
permission from Magnetic Hill Flea Market.
5.) No tattooing or piercing of body parts permitted.
6.) Pets must be on a leash at all times
7.) All vendors must be able to fit ALL ITEMS within the
confines of their space. Spaces are 30' x 20' depth, with
a limited number of hydro sites available. Vendors are prohibited
from operating or parking vehicles in the aisles during
the show hours. Any vehicle found parked other than on their
vending site will be removed at the owner's expense.
8.) ALL VENDORS AND ASSISTANTS MUST HAVE EVENT PASSES to
enter or re-enter the site. (2 passes are issued per site)
9.) Lot Allocation - Lots will
be assigned on a first-come-first serve basis as registrations
and full payments are received. Every effort will be made
to honor requests from participants rebooking their 2007
lots if the registration is received before Dec. 31, 2007.

Terms & Conditions |
1.)
Camping prices include two admissions only. Extra persons
OVER 12 years are required to purchase a special weekend pass
at $6.00 per person.
2.) All camping fires are expected to be contained in a vessel
(Bar-b-que or Hibachi) and away from trees or other flammable
materials.
3.) Trailer dumping must be done at an authorized dumping
site.
4.) Campers are expected to keep noise to a minimum from 11pm
- 7am nightly.
5.) Magnetic Hill Flea Market, Turner-Roth Promotions, its
employees and associates are not responsible for lost or stolen
articles left at campers, R.V.'s or tents.
6.) Campers are expected to abide by instructions given by
authorized Market personnel.
7.) No campers, cars, motorhomes or other articles are permitted
to be sold in the camping area.
8.) Pets must be on a leash at all times.
9.) Failure to comply by camping terms and conditions could
result in your prompt removal from the site. |
